Coupla a days ago, helped my brother remove a tree and the stump - needed a
4X4 truck to uproot - three guys could not lift it so we decided to
hose the stump off to lighten the load. this is what we found. The pipe
was 6 feet long sticking out the bottom. The city workers laughed and took
